As most of us explore the inner workings of our homes, we are developing a host of new habits, ones that will stay with us for some time.⁣

⁣In this way, the shelter-in-place orders affecting many cities like New York are a 𝘥𝘰𝘶𝘣𝘭𝘦-𝘦𝘥𝘨𝘦𝘥 𝘴𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘥.⁣

This can be applied to many other detrimental habits being established at this time; such as food delivery from restaurants, media consumption, obsessions, and lowered activity levels. ⁣

⁣How do you think this will affect you several months from now when life begins to normalize?
